Same weight today as yesterday. Last week's average calories was 1903 & yesterday I was just over 1800 (goal). I have been busy outside doing yard work that I know is burning calories. Today I took advantage of the last dry day for a few days. I raked & cleaned out the foundation garden at the front & side of the house. Also raked leaves at the side of the house. I don't have a traditional front yard. We live off the road at the top of a hill at the end of a long driveway. The right side facing our house is naturalized with woods off to the side. On the left side we have gardens & a grassy area that borders on a wide parking area & seating area. There are woods bordering that side as well. I've been breaking up the different areas each day to rake & clean.
The rain is supposed to start tonight so today's walk was possibly the last for at least a couple of days.
Chicken & green beans in the oven cooking for dinner. I think I'm going simple with sliced tomatoes on the side.
