Need to calculate how many points i should be eating since i am nursing. Getting serious next week, Monday I will be 3 weeks post C-section. My milk supply is coming in nicely so I should be able to follow the points closely with out issue. I believe I will be able to start a mild exercise routine on Monday as well. Hubby is excited and anxious to get in the weight loss routine as well. This will be a tremendous help in this journey to get my pre-baby-body back...pre- BABY #1 body lol
