billruse's Logboek, 19 mrt 21

Nekkid on the scales :-) Today I'll be eating normally, I have some beautiful pork coming so I'll be getting stuck into that. Also got a bag or three of peanuts to get rid of, heh-heh... mind you, they're kilo bags. I didn't lose as much as I wanted to yesterday, ate too many hot spuds I think, maybe leave that for the evening meal. I'm still feeling withdrawal symptoms rather than hunger and I don't know if that's because I had the jab or it's my extra blood pressure meds or a combo of both. That situation will resolve eventually I guess.
135,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 8,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 26,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

I was a bit disappointed actually but still learning. I have daily walking, kettlebell swing tabatas and yoga to throw into the mix yet. It's early days. My pork arrived frozen so it's just gone in the freezer. I'm on sausages, chicken legs and peanuts for the weekend.

Yes we definately take it bit by bit..sometimes things may work for others and not necessarily for us. Just keep trying until you find the right thing...you'll ge tloads of ideas on here!
