I started eating turkey sandwiches and Cheerios with milk this week. Not quite sure why I keep losing, I eat around 1900 calories each day and walk about 2 hours a week. I feel thinner and accomplished but I’m afraid the more I lose, the more anxiety I’ll have about gaining any back.
