Struggling with diet now, so worried about putting weight back on but keep eating the wrong things!! must try to cut out the carbs again that is the only thing that seems to work for me. I found it a lot easier when the weather was warmer though. Also there are so many xmas goodies appearing in the house now!!! Must stay strong!!
