Cheated last couple of days with cake. I know what I must do to get back in the routine. 1/2 lb doesnt sound like much but thats how I gained all the wt. to start with...will NOT go there again. This Christmas Eve morning is cool and crisp and I see a 3 mile walk in my near future. I was a nut for eating the nut bread, now I must pay the piper for the deed.
