I've hit a plateau, but I'm not going to change anything. I eat less than 1500 calories a day. I'm as consistent as one can be, and I know it's only a matter of time until I start losing again. There is no way my body can continue to not lose weight being deprived of calories. According to the weight management scale (12 x your current body weight) I need to consume 4400 calories to MAINTAIN my current weight. I eat less than a third of that, so body you can't hold out forever! ;)
