I was on a sweets kick this weekend. Note to self: if you decide to make a cake for someone's birthday, give them THE WHOLE THING! I tried to make a cake using a mold for my friend Steph this weekend, but greased the pan wrong and it came out ugly. I ended up making her a new one and keeping the ugly one. I ate a bunch of it, and just could not stop! But I was sure to record it and hold my self as accountable as I could (its so hard to judge quantities some times! But I'm hoping this week I won't have any issues and can start LOSING again. Can't wait to see that 60 pounds lost mark!
