Let's see completely busy that I have been forgetful about the site yet again. So much for New year's resolutions. I have set a new goal weight for myself as I pretty much have been mataining the weight I am right now. Just a matter with the warm weather coming to get more motivated to exerice and move about so when I play ball this summer I am not so winded running the bases. surprisingly I am a size 8 for the first time in my adult life, feels good to be too. Some ladies at work are catty about it and even say "oh I wish I could lose weight like you" but most of my weight lost has been due to my wheat gluten allergy (substituting for gluten free foods or brown rice when I can) and the medication I take for my migraines which there are days when taking the topamax I don't feel hungry and then there are days that I get what I can only describe as a junkfood binge. The junkfood days are depressing which all I see is the scale climbing or running for cover when I come near it.
80,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 28,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 14,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
