Started Weigh Down this week and have to say, I think I've found my 'solution' to getting rid of this extra baggage we call FAT! I've already lost a couple pounds and haven't felt deprived! =) Nothing is coincedence so feel God led me to this program! I can't wait to see what's in store for me with the rest of the program!
