I'm finally getting my act back together after numerous Easter holiday diversions. No need to go into the details (it involved chasing chocolate bunnies).
Yesterday was under 1,000 calories combined with 3 hours of exercise. I lose weight after these good behavior days...and gain in the absence of good behavior.
I have been slow to realize that the laws of thermodynamics are inviolate.
