Today, I lost 1100g! Not, of course I did not, though I am 1100 grams lighter than yesterday.
I had a strange weigh-in yesterday, after a couple of days of stomach aches. I think I have fluctuated wildly, and the end result was a massive gain yesterday.
Well, last night we went to eat Chinese, as we had a little celebrating to do. As always, I dug into the Mongolian BBQ, as this is super easy to calculate. It's just raw vegetables and raw meat, add a little spice and a little bit of water and oil. I can handle that. Much better than trying to work out what might be in for example Orange Chicken...
The end result was that I went a little over my (selfdesignated) 1900 cals, but nowhere near the 2600 that Fatsecret tells me that I can have. SO I am happy and consider it a mission accomplished.
Today, I am essentially unemployd. My temp work for the local Jobcenter is over, and I am going to see my union today to get unemployment. I will use this time to exercise and to play music, and generally enjoy myself. I have a feeling I will be back in a job in no time - working at the offices have really shown me where I want to be and what I want to do for a living for the rest of my life. :)
