i relapsed on alcohol yesterday, ate 7-800 cals, and woke up 2 lbs heavier. *cry* im such an idiot. now i know why i dont drink....well one reason anyways.

Don't feel too bad, you're probably retaining water from the dehydrating effects of alcohol. You'll see the 2 lbs drop within a few days.

What height could you possibly be that 85 lbs. is your goal weight? I'm 5'7" and if I weighed 85 lbs. they'd be doing a documentary on me for anorexia
