Sedentary2's Logboek, 11 apr 21

April 11, 2021 wt 144, blood sugar 118, eschewing all breads and any sort of simple carb, eating between 8 and 4, has resulted in another lb off this morning. I havent written down calories as much as I have. Green salad, small servings (1/4) apple, some small serving dark chocolate, about 1/5 of recommended serving, not hungry and reasonably energetic. I have only 6 lbs to go. Waist 32.5, which isn't too bad for some one who is 78.95
65,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 24,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
