Back from my Dad's - weighed in after being away for 4 days Lost weight! Decided not to rock the boat and ate what everyone else ate but smaller portions but I swam every day - I was in charge of Sunday picnic so made sandwiches and included fruits and carrots/celery to go along with the potato salad etc. Lost 1.5 inches I am close to being on target - 5 weeks in now and lost 9.4 pounds which is almost 2 pounds a week.
