I've done much better these last 2 days. Back on track. I feel so incredibly good this morning. No dizziness or bloat. Smaller portions and no white refined carbs make a huge difference.
72,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 23,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 4,3 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

1272 kcal Vet: 59,18g | Eiwit: 39,44g | Kolhy: 153,31g.   Ontbijt: whole foods granola, apple, cherries, cranberry green tea, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch: vinaigrette dressing, feta cheese, lettuce salad, avgolemono soup. Diner: egg, balsamic dressing, corn salad, tabouli, marinated artichoke hearts, couscous, lettuce, spinach. Snacks/Andere: Lindt 85% chocolate, sugar, 1% milk, cashews, raisins. meer...

Hey Coco... Yeah, I find that limiting refined carbs helps too... especially in the weight department. We had Chinese take out yesterday (before freezing rain set in). For the 1st time I ate the entry without any rice. Don't get me wrong, I like rice... but for some reason didn't feel like I had to eat it and didn't really miss it.
