I can't believe that I am exactly where I started over a year ago......I'm feeling really ashamed and defeated. I have only myself to blame. But on the upside I have started today and hopefully I will stick to something now that the holidays are over. Thank goodness. No more snacking or over eating......UGH!!!

Why don't you write down a list of the snacks you like, healthy & unhealthy, and stock your house with the healthy ones. Once a week, or more if you can while still working towards your goal, go out & buy a single portion of whatever it is you are craving, eat it, enjoy it, and pat yourself on the back for having the power of control & moderation.
