Was sick this week and laid in bed without moving for a full day, plus ate fast food twice. But in general making pretty good choices and small changes that are causing a slow but steady decline. I'll take the slow pace if it means I can "live" at the same time! Wine, chips occassionally, even Taco Bell - and still losing. Yay!
