I was good at dinner last night, no appetizer, just steak and grilled veggies, club soda, 2 six oz Cabernet Savignon, few bites of Ted's rice & few tastes of Julie's potato leek soup. Water before bed. Into bed early too. No exercise other than doing couple loads of laundry in basement.
