Spent all day yesterday at the Botanical Gardens. Walking for 7 hours! I slept GREAT last night! My weight was only down a bit the last couple of days... but it is still going down. I also didn't get to the gym as much as I want to last week. So I'll hit it hard next week. Still going in the right direction.
