Havent had a chance to walk this week with my little dog so sick. Off to the vet yet again this AM with my other dog...time for her shots. With luck I will be back in my walking program in a couple. I believe without the exercise I would quickly blow back up into my full figured woman sizes. NOT a Chance that will ever happen again! Had my pizza lunch yesterday with friends. Did good, only ate a tip of crust and was fine. It does take will power not to fall back into all those old habits. Have to get the day started...Smile to All!
