yessss! down! definitely no more ovaltine after gym or even stopping at the kitchen! had a 16 hour fast just broken off by 3 mugs of hot water with lemon. my nike fuel band keeps me moving with reminders to move every hour! I am definitely working out more just to get to my goals which i set! Yesterday i was upset cos i forgot my fuelband on charge and did not take it to gym! so my fuel points are screwed up for this week.. felt like i lost a part of me!
