I have to get on a walking program. I do yard work and housework and do work up a sweat but I don't do this on a every other day regime. Time to get moving. I lost all of my food and exercise data but I didn't lose my weight tracker, buddies, or challenges so that is a good thing. Fat secret is working on the problem I hope I can recover my data. I did meet all my goals however even though it's not on the site. Meeting my daily protein goal and drinking my water seems to be paying off. One other good thing. My wife has joined me on Fat Secret. :) I love her very much and we want to live to see grand kids one day.
