fat 40.5% barely slept 4 hours today.... actually most of the past week. vaccine 2nd dose on Friday with Fever all day Saturday. went kayaking on mothering Sunday. Monday not so good again. today out and about at the garden centre then stopped for a fried meal at 3pm. I was so hungry, ended up making bad choices. also was upset and hurt with a friend on FB and blocked him. it's 4pm, going home to catch some sleep maybe.
