Hi!!! I am obviuosly thrilled! Fat percentage also moved down to 32.5% so still aloof fat left to burn! Metabolism still slow but this week was a booster for me...in fact nike Fuel gave me a supersonic trophy for my workout time and fuel this week! Hope to keep it up. Also had a mental booster cos this morning I managed longer run/walk periodsand my foot was not so bad. It felt good to run again!
58,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,2 kg.    Nog te gaan: 1,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Way to go on the run. I'm weighing in for the first time this afternoon on the Tanita - I'm afraid my fat % will be way high

Thanks all,Tim just looking at your profile made me want to run again! so run/walk it is for now :) My marathon time in 2009 and 2010 was 4hrs 5 min and last marathon in 2012 i was at the 30km mark when i was picked up by the ambulance as i was limping very badly and they thought i had broken my hip. Tried running but then gave up.... so you are my inspiration on this to start again... let's see:)
