Ok I keep telling myself a slow decline is better than no decline RIGHT???? I just need to keep on truck'n away......it will happen if I just keep trying. Wish all my FS buddys the best!

Yes ... a slow decline is certainly better than none ... and some say the pounds that come off slowly tend to stay off. Still, I know it is hard to be patient. Looks to me though like you are doing great!!

I know how you feel - I'm doing the same, and its so frustrating!! Just gotta keep going, and don't worry about the scale.... I know... easier said than done....
