Trying to get in gear with weight loss again. so far logged all but 3 days in january. seems to be working again. lets hope i can keep with it.
i see the dieticain on feb 1 st i have to lose some by then or ikl feel like a failure. down 6 lbs since last meeting so heres hoping for acouple more!
