Greetings from Rome! Had an amazing weigh in surprise at 57.3kg- I am so over the moon! Let's hope it keeps going that way!
Here are my stats of this morning compared to 2nd Jan and my ideal goals:
Weight was 61.8kg now 57.3 aiming for 50kg
Fat was 35.7% now 31.1% aiming for 20%
Water % was 44.2% now 47.2% aiming for 55%
Muscle mass was 37.7kg now 37.5kg aiming for same
Physique rating was 2 now 5 aiming for 7
Metabolic Age was 49 now 37 aiming for 18 :)
Bone Mass was 2.0 kg now same
Visceral fat 7 now 6 aiming for 2
And my tape mesurements:
Waist was 69cm now 64cm aiming for 59cm
Hips was 99cm now 95cm aiming for 89cm
Chest was 87cm now 83cm
Tummy circumference largest part was 84cm now 81cm
Shoulder circumference was 100cm now 96cm (goal reached)
Wrist circumference was 15cm now same (goal reached)
Forearm circumference was 28cm now 26cm
So weight has not reduced dramatically but I am very happy for keeping my notebook and tape measure! Enjoy your weekend!

Same age! turned 51 on the 10th of January... If I lived in Rome, I would be super big... all the good food! :)

Congratulations on the success - very impressed with your numbers. I just posted my Tanita results for 1 week - and I see by your numbers that there is hope for me. And Rome - una bella cita, non e vero? Ciao Bella! (It's one of my favourites - but you are WAAAAY closer than I. My DH and I were just talking at lunch about moving to Italy - it's a fantasy.
