I have been gone for a while, slight increase after many increases and decreases since my last check in. I have been struggling to stick to my normal routine but can get strict when I see I'm pushing it too far. Tomorrow I'm starting the pill and in the end its what I put in my mouth but still really worried. Doctor mentioned she picked up 6kg. There will be none of that! its not a very strong one at least!
