So what is in a number🤔 been thinking of this for days now. In my 20s weighed 70kg due to uni...then met hubby and lost 10kgs for wedding. Then up again to 65kg with 1st, 2nd and 3rd pregnancy. But looking back I was never unhappy at that weight. Then family comments got me to gym to prove them wrong...went all the way down to 49kgs...my lowest ever. But I was so unhappy...restrictions...low calorie and exercise like there was no tomorrow. Now at 42 I find it easy to manage between 56 and 57...so thinking I should make that my goal...a happier me with no starving myself...for what. The opinions of others🤔
