every ounce counts!
Had good business trip to MN where it was -17 degrees! Ate well, did not drink, managed to get into the conference center gym 2 out of the 3 mornings that we were there. Have taken some good long walks since I've been home even though CT is not exactly warm.
75,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 7,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 7,3 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.
