There is always hope. You just have to get to the place where the pain of being over weight out weighs the delicious taste of food. We can eat what we want or weigh what we want. Life isn't fair. We can still have yummy food, just in smaller portions and not as often. Look up a book on Amazon.com called "Becks Diet Solution". It's not a diet, but a book that helps us change the way we look at food and our behaviors. See if your local library carries it. It might help with one aspect of weight loss. This is a lifetime commitment. Make changes slowly. Find a plan you can live with for life. Find exercise you can incorporate in to you life. Start with walking. As you get more fit, you can try different things to see what you may enjoy. Once you start making positive changes, it's amazing what it can do for you mentally. Focus on losing 10% of your current weight. Ten percent makes a huge difference in how we feel about ourselves. Now quit that pity party and get moving. Find you motivation. If you can't find that, use your determination.

It is same with all addiction, your head has to be in right place . If you already accept failure then you will fail. If you really want to loose you will. You are giving up life by nixing food you are gaining a healthy life by not using food as crutch.

That's just it I don't eat fatting food. I given it all up and soda and still gain 6 lbs. it doesn't matter what I get I still gain weight. Don't judge me if you don't know me.

I try to exercise but I have real bad arthritis . I am on different kinds of mediation but nothing help. Walking for very long make my knees hurt really bad and the cold it's hard just to get up and down.

No one is judging you. It sounds like you are having a very difficult time with weight loss. It isn't easy. Maybe talking to your doctor would help. Good luck!

Sorry if you felt like I was judging you I really am not, I started at 275. I had issues my entire life trying to get into a healthier weight. I have sway bad messed up joints etc. Honestly try just walking even just a min out and back and slowly increasing as you go. are you tracking your food? Are you getting enough water? Small things can make or break weight loss.

I know you were trying to help but sometimes I take thing the wrong way. Sorry about that. Yes I am keeping track of my food. Someone told me I wasn't eating enough. I was drinking 10 to 15 glasses of water the. It got cold now only one or 2 glass a day. Now the weather is better I can get back on track. I going to get some shops in my knees so for awhile it will help for a week or two.. But the weather now is so nice I want to get out and do what I can. Thank you for the encouragement..

That is good, honestly I don't know you at all. I just couldn't help but comment because it sounded like you were giving up. I hope you find what works for you! best of luck will be looking for your updates. :)
