Looking at my upcoming vacation at the end of March, Sean and I decided to do one final week of isometric work because it would fall in perfectly with my time off. So this week I will continue doing what I am doing, and then the first week of February I will begin the dynamic phase. I will complete two four-week cycles then take a week break in Las Vegas, and finish the 3rd four-week cycle upon my return. Really looking forward to it.
As for my weight. *rolls eyes* My body is retarded. I will increase calories when I start the dynamic work.
