fat 41.5% hurt my lower back again last Saturday.lifting the pot in the porch. was so mad at myself. I still went out and walked alot. my wrist watch was out of battery but I walked in Naxxar, then went to Clara via Pama. gave a lift to Adrian and stayed out as no one was home. walked at the Marina ta xbiex, it was very pleasant. walked on Sunday in the 3 cities area. yesterday no walking but lifted some heavy plants. this morning back was still stiff but I will do some walking in iklin area. I have been eating Tuna ftira these past 3 days. yesterday had some frankfurters. finished them off and will not buy. I need to offload the softdrinks from the supermarket given free. they are too much of a temptation.
