Roxy Marie's Logboek, 07 jun 21

This morning I tried my first Aero Pilates class & it was fun. I decided to do that once a week for now and the reformer 3X a week. After that class I feel stretched out & warmed up so then I do the elliptical for 25 min. & work out on the machines. Then I went to the park for a brisk walk. Tonight I plan to do a 2nd walk with my dog to reach my goal of 10,000 steps today. I will continue to log my food.
Salmon is my plan for tonight's dinner.
86,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 23,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
