fat 41.1% had a funeral yesterday morning of an 18 year old son who committed suicide. was very emotional and heartbreaking. had 4 pastizzi and 2 coffee. walked 9000 steps. everything was fine until went to Lidl with hubby, bought cooffe ice-cream, cinnamon sugared baby doughnuts, had 2, large bag of crisps, had 2 bowlfuls. all this on the space of an hour. well thank goodness I am weighing myself everyday now. I can put this right. chilates everyday so far. getting stronger.
