Feeling good about this weeks weight loss but as I’m going out tomorrow to temptation island (outdoor shopping mall with many restaurants and someone who is not dieting) I’m terrified. I’m scared that I will cave and eat like a crazy person and I’ll undo this weeks progress. Ugh 😩 I’ve even thought of cancelling altogether but that’s not an option.
