Mominlaw is here, so we're nervous. Hope she doesn't flip out on us. Eating alright even though I've neglected to record. I will get back on that today. The weather is absolute perfection right now. Mostly in the 60s and low 70s. Sunny blue skies. Quite possibly, almost as good as California! 2:38pm Threw together this lunch today from fridge remnants. Organic arugula - love that stuff. Cherries. Cantaloupe. English truckle cheese. Boiled egg. Flatout whole grain bread. So much better than grabbing a Chick-fil-A sandwich.

Oh... forgot... I think Chick Fillet is really over rated... I might go there once per year... just not my cup of tea anymore!

Hi Coco... your entree looks wonderful. Our weather has been rainy and blustery today so I am glad someone is getting some rays and am glad it is you. How stressful it is caring for someone who may flip out, I pray she is calm for you...Keep up the good habits in eating and taking care of yourself because you are worth the effort and I understand how easily it can be to slip into old habits right now but you ROCK!!! . TOWANDA!!!!

2/3 of the way is an achievement. That is a lovely-looking entrée.
What I'm finding is that, as time passes, I have less and less desire for heavy, fatty foods.
