Friday was a bad ptsd day and I ate and drank too much. Saturday I stayed exactly at my current limit. I was dreaming of food when I went to bed but I did it lol. Might go for a run today, but I woke early in part to do that before it gets too hot and now I feel unusually cranky oops. Itās just me and the pets here for now, since my fiancé is out of town but will be home later today. Anyway, have a great day FSF.
