Wow, 2 lbs! I am so happy that I started my morning with a celebratory jog. For a recap: I didn't really exercise that much last week and I ate a lot of healthy foods that I like, but I still lost weight, I feel really great! THis week I'd like to go jobbing 3 times(well now 2 since I did 1 already) & hiking twice. I am very happy with the results and would like to try harder.
