Hey, good morning Moose ~ I don't get the cramps often, just every once in a while, and I cannot for the life of me figure what is causing them. I read some about them and I don't think I have circulatory issues and I take plenty of supplements, so vitamin deficiency is out. Maybe just more water. They are in my calves and top of my feet (??), weird huh? The vinegar helps for quick relief but not long term. I know I probably peed out a lot of water this week, cause 3# is not a continuous loss for me each week. But it is a nice start. Now, IF, I can knock off 1/2 to 1 lb each week I will be happy. It's tough sometimes tho, really tough. Weekends are challenging. Speaking of weekends, have a great one Moose and hope you guys get some warmer weather. Ours is to die for lately, but that doesn't last as we get really hot. Later, my friend.
