Not happy, but not surprised -- eating has been out of control this week. Couple that with less than average quality of exercise and well, this is what happens lol.
It's a journey, I'm going to be kind to myself because getting upset is counterproductive. By logging the uptick rather than skipping the weigh-in altogether, I'm taking step one in the right direction of holding myself accountable.
