Today was day one (again for the 100th time) . It was a disaster to say the least. I nearly ate double my allotted calories. The old me would have been disappointed but it is facts that I need to face and take it from there. The positive is that I was tracking and that it was much better than if I hadnāt. Tomorrow I will try better.
