it has taken me four days to remove all the water that I retained after the incident with the cough linctus.
cough has finally cleared itself now thank goodness.
This morning I was thinking my face still had the fat jowls I get if I add an ounce but then this afternoon my face has definitely gained definition.
I've noticed that if I do binge at even a couple of extra big meals I get the fat jowls that are very unflattering - does anyone else have instant fat registering anywhere obvious?
