seafood_eater's Logboek, 19 feb 14

Hello all my fatsecret friends! I am back after forgetting my login information...
Been eating huge amounts of food it seems-- but mostly healthy stuff and trying to eat my larger meals early in the day-- and staying active. This morning herring from the Gulf of Maine with black beans and fresh eggs. Nutritious and very satisfying. Thanks to huge quantities of snow I have been getting plenty of exercise just keeping the driveway clear.
75,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 17,2 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Welcome back :) Sounds like you are doing great..... I hear ya about keeping the driveway clear, nearly 8 feet of snow so far this winter where I live. Just finished some more shoveling this morning .... ahhhhh gotta love winter in Canada.... NOT ;0)
