Was a little surprised by that drop, hiking and sweating does a body good! Lots of squatting involved foraging. Feeling it in my glutes and thighs today. Love it! Just the kick in the ass I needed! 😆🤣

Thanks Petra! Always appreciate the support of this community!! Have actually been at goal last year and trying to maintain. Hiking and walking are my exercises of choice now. Working on getting my basement in order with lift station to work on uppers and core. Keep rocking it and inspiring Petra!

I agree, I weigh every morning just out of habit. I only record changes that are in half pound increments. The .1- .2 changes are meaningless for the reasons listed by others. Itās the Day to day persistent trend that counts
