madanjen's Logboek, 21 feb 14

This sitting on my ass with paperwork is getting old! Today I'll be going into Los Angeles again and working late into the night but I will catch up on exercise by riding my bike on the boardwalk and down to Seal Beach to meet a friend and then come back to do a full body workout, unless I can get it in after I get back. I am really craving a glass or Syrah! I guess it will wait until Sunday. The good news, I lost another .2 pounds. Not sure if I will make it in the 240's as planned but I know I will be close if I get my workouts in.
