That's great! I was worrying that my cheese sandwich on Sat would stop the weight reduction and a week would be needed to lose those grams. I also had a bad sleep - I couldn't asleep at first, and then woke up at 6 am. But as everybody knows, good sleep is crucial for slimming. But nope - my weight is moving down! :-) Have a good day!
