Did ok on Carbs today. Adding the 1/2 avacodo to my shakes makes them nice and creamy like a milkshake. My Pilates session w/Theresa went quickly yesterday yet it was challenging. Today I have the hour long Pilates session with Emma that I know will be challenging! I will also Sauna again afterwards for 15 minutes this time.
