going to be same weight tomorrow sunday.186 lb as I went out two times this week and consumed loads of drink and food. and over did it. by at least a extra 1000 calories. so I've gained water weight. annoying but it is my 36th anniversary. start again tomorrow been good today only had 1067 calories.
